Clinical Experience

My clinical experience includes roles as a Psychotherapist and Creative Project Manager working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as serving as a clinical supervisor in various settings. I focus on understanding early attachments and the lived experiences formed during a child's early life, alongside the developmental stages individuals go through. I explore how these factors impact their relationships with themselves and others.

Work in Educational Settings

In educational settings, both primary and secondary, I provide psychodynamic individual and group psychotherapy for children facing challenges at home and/or at school, including issues such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, attachment difficulties, complex trauma, depression, learning difficulties and relationship challenges. I also understand the impact of abuse on child development, attachment, and behaviour. I work with children from a very young age, starting with toddlers and progressing through primary and secondary school ages. My experience includes engaging and supporting a diverse range of individuals across genders, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and faith-based and non-faith communities.

I provide support to children and their families by offering strategies to help parents manage children's sensory processing difficulties. I also support parents in understanding their children's behaviours and the effects of trauma and abuse.

Support for Families

Therapeutic Support in Education

I provide therapeutic support through one-to-one sessions and group work, while also supporting teachers and parents. I facilitate assemblies on mental health issues and conduct mindfulness sessions in schools. My approach is creative embodied with psychodynamic background, emphasising the relationship between mind and body.

Clinical Supervision

I offer supervision to qualified therapists, trainees, and professionals through creative approaches. I observe, mentor, evaluate, and inspire, creating a safe environment that promotes self-motivation, learning, and professional development.
